  • Circle of Security is a powerful, evidence-based parenting program that helps you recognize and respond to your child’s emotional needs. It focuses on building secure attachments through understanding your child’s behaviors and emotions.

  • Expert Guidance: Learn from two trained therapists (and moms) who are knowledgeable in child development and attachment theory. 

    Supportive Community: Connect with other parents facing similar challenges and share your experiences in a nurturing environment.

    Practical Strategies: Gain practical tools and techniques to strengthen your parenting skills and enhance your child’s emotional well-being.

    Growth and Reflection: Engage in meaningful discussions that help you reflect on your parenting style and make positive changes.

Group Details

When: January 28th to March 18th (8 weeks)

Time: Tuesday evenings 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm

Where: #205, 259 Midpark Way SE

Cost: $800 (covers the full 8 week program).
The cost of the program can be billed weekly/biweekly and may be covered by insurance.
